Fresha is the world's leading marketplace for beauty and wellness, providing a platform for consumers to discover and book appointments.
During my time here, I rose to Design Lead, where I partnered directly with the CEO and senior leadership to own end-to-end design for core features and explore new expansion opportunities. I spent significant time innovating the calendar feature—the product's cornerstone—and leading the Performance and Growth tribes to revolutionize user experiences for both the B2B platform and the B2C online marketplace.

Senior Product Experience Designer
Dyson is a global technology company known for reinventing household appliances through advanced engineering.
In this role, I focused on building high-fidelity prototypes and connected concepts to gain buy-in from senior stakeholders for future product milestones. I led creativity workshops and conducted extensive user research trials to strengthen the UX foundation of our projects. Additionally, I supported engineering teams on complex design integrations and helped the design team expand their technical software and prototyping skills.

Sky is Europe's leading media and entertainment company, providing TV and broadband services to millions.
I took projects from conceptual ideas to final user flows, specifically focusing on improving accessibility limitations for the NOW streaming platform. My work included building a strong user interface that influenced major product launches like Sky Glass and collaborating on futuristic concepts, such as a non-remote control system using 3D cameras and motion gestures.

Product Designer
Renault Group is an international automotive manufacturer at the forefront of the mobility revolution.
Working within the advanced technology team, I focused on the UI environment of vehicle dashboards, specifically tackling technical difficulties with 3D vehicle integrations. I also self-conducted studies on the impact of blue light on driving behavior to ensure that our digital concepts met high safety and performance requirements.

Citroën is a world-class car manufacturer and mobility provider.
For this sponsored project, I focused on an advanced design concept aimed at adding a digital, futuristic experience to the Citroën C5 Aircross. This involved deep user-centric research to understand prospective automotive and social connections, bridging the gap between traditional driving and modern digital lifestyles.
